PRIVACY POLICY — CATALYSIS CULTURE

Most privacy policies are written to be skipped.

This one was written to be read. It's short — stay.

WHO WE ARE

Catalysis Culture is an independent art brand at catalysisculture.com.

The name is the thesis: catalysis accelerates a reaction without

being consumed by it.

We exist because most environments are designed to keep you

comfortable, predictable, average — and we refuse that. We make

Territorial Interventions: art built to confront a space, not fill

it. It arrives in Drops, each one a curated release with its own

name and its own claim.

The reaction doesn't stop at your wall. As the brand grows, a share

of what it makes goes back out — to real organizations doing real

work, starting local, named here when the first one is signed.

We won't announce a promise before we've kept it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Your email — and your name, if you feel like it. That's the entire

inventory. Payment data never touches our hands: purchases happen

on Redbubble, our print-on-demand partner, under their policies.

Why so little? Minimalism is an ethic here, not just an aesthetic —

one wave on a white wall, not forty.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Your email opens the private room: every Drop before anyone else,

the story behind each piece, writing you'll catch yourself reading

twice.

That's the whole operation.

WHAT WE WILL NEVER DO

Sell your data. Rent it. Trade it. Slide it to a "trusted partner."

Your email is a key to a room — not a product on a shelf.

WHY WE OPERATE THIS WAY

We print only what you order — no unsold stock, no waste built into

the model (UN SDG 12: the one goal we claim as fact, not decoration).

You won't find seventeen sustainability badges here — just the

practices we actually run. When we do more, you'll read it here first.

YOUR RIGHTS

Leave anytime — one click, in any email. Ask, correct or delete

what we hold: we comply with the GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil) and CCPA

(California) — not because a law forced our hand, but because

collecting the minimum was always the plan. Inactive data gets

purged; a clean list is a healthy list.

COOKIES

Essential ones and basic analytics. No invasive tracking,

no following you around the internet.

Don't decorate. Invade — but always with consent.
