catalysisculture.com is the official gallery and VIP entrance of
Catalysis Culture, an independent art brand. The art is ours.
The manufacturing, selling and shipping belong to Redbubble,
our trusted print-on-demand partner.
2. BUYING, SHIPPING, RETURNS
Every purchase runs on Redbubble's platform, under Redbubble's
terms, prices, shipping and return policies. They print it, ship
it, and handle refunds and exchanges. We engineered the wave;
they deliver it to your door. Purchase questions go to them —
brand questions come to us.
3. THE VIP LIST
Free to enter, free to leave. The list is the door: every Drop
before anyone else, the stories behind the pieces, writing worth
reading twice. It's a room, not a contract — joining never obliges
you to buy. One click and you're out.
4. THE ART
Every artwork, design, word and mark on this site belongs to
Catalysis Culture. Take territory in your home — not in our
catalog. Reproduction, resale or commercial use without written
permission is prohibited.
5. DROPS MOVE
The brand works in Drops — curated releases with a name, a
beginning and an end. Collections, prices and availability change
without notice. When the next Drop goes live, the spotlight moves
with it. That's not a bug; that's the model.
6. STRAIGHT TALK ON LIABILITY
This site is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect
damages from using it, or for transactions completed on
third-party platforms (Redbubble). We control the art and the
words — not the entire internet.
7. WHERE WE STAND
Your local consumer protections always stand,
wherever you call home — and since Redbubble fulfills every sale,
their terms govern the purchase itself. On data, we comply with
the GDPR (EU), the LGPD (Brazil) and the CCPA (California) —
not because a law forced our hand, but because collecting the
minimum was always the plan. Catalysis Culture operates frome terms follow
